10/ Delivery problems due to routedelartisanat.com
1- The buyer has to inform routedelartisanat.com the same day he receives his order, or at the latest the first following workday after delivery, any error concerning the not correspondence of products in kind or in quality with regard to the indications written on the order form. Any formulated request beyond this period will not be accepted.
2- This complaint has to be done r on the website after you logged in. You can then ask any question while always mentioning the order reference.
3- When routedelartisanat.com receives the complaint, a message reference will be provided to the buyer by mail containing information how the problem will be solved and/or how the object will be replaced. The exchange of the product will be done only if a reference is given to the buyer.
4- In case of a not correspondence of products in kind or in quality with regard to the indications written on the order form, the buyer has to send back the concerned item to be replaced or reimbursed within 30 days, in its original packaging with an acknowledgement receipt, to the following address :

routedelartisanat.com can only accept the return sent by a client if it has been previously notified and, consequently, registered with a specific reference.
The returned mail expense will be taken over by routedelartisanat.com unless the returned item does not correspond to the item previously declared and registered.
11/ Delivery problems DUE TO THE CARRIER . VERY IMPORTANT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ANY DAMAGE you can notice on the packaging due to the sending or/and the shipment, means that you HAVE TO REFUSE it.
Any anomaly related to the packaging, or if you can hear that something is broken inside the packaging even if there is no external damage, YOU HAVE TO REFUSE.
You write on the delivery order why you refuse it and you send an e-mail to routedelartisanat.com to inform them. They will arrange the problem with the carrier.
If the product is accepted by the buyer in spite of the damaged packaging, and that the product inside is also damaged so that it needs to be replaced or reimbursed , an inquiry will be done by routedelartisanat.com to check the official REPORT OF DESPOLIATION of the carrier who has the obligation to do it before the delivery to the final client. If it comes that the official report of despoliation has been done, and that the client has nevertheless accepted it, the buyer is the only one to be responsible. routedelartisanat.com will not reimburse, or change the product in such a case.

12/ Delivery
We can deliver goods to any destination all over the world, to the address indicated by the buyer on his order form. Actual delivery times are depending on the carrier .
Please read n°11 above concerning delivery problems due to the carrier.
As it is notified on the Quality Charter, routedelartisanat.com do preserve the environment using only 100% recyclable materials (packaging, recycled paper, invoice sent by e-mail ...). Therefore the invoice will be automatically sent by e-mail.
If the buyer asks for it, he can obtain a printed invoice which will be sent with the corresponding order. This invoice can also be sent to a different adress . The buyer has to valid this point when he validates his order.
We work with LA POSTE to send items with the COLISSIMO Suivi service, against a signature.
The average time to receive your item is between 10 to 20 days depending on the carrier.
